3:00pm - 3:20pm Infant children are collected from their class and school by a member of staff from The Den Out Of School Club.

Junior children meet staff in the designated place at their school.

Dobcroft: meet in the junior playground

St Wilfrid's: meet in the Y3/4 corridor

When children are collected they are marked on the register to ensure all children are present.

From the meeting points children are taken to the sports hall at St Wilfrid's School where staff have set up the tables and equipment.

3:45pm Snack of fresh fruit is available aswell as a choice of squash and water for children to help themselves to.

Children are encouraged to choose their own activity and these vary each session. We have a large range of resources available as well as excellent staff on hand to organise both individual and group games and activities. Staff rotate between activities and encourage children to participate.

At 4:20pm we encourage all the children to help tidy the toys and equipment away, to go to the toilet and to collect a tabard before lining up to go outside.

4:30pm Outdoor Play

5:00pm We return inside for tea

After tea children are able to choose activities, play games or join in with the larger group game.

6:00pm The Den Out Of School Club closes.
